ORAGE'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our goal is to make products that can withstand the test of time and just about any test you throw at it. No matter how high our standards are, we know what you’re putting your product through and we know “things” can happen. After all, we’re doing the same stuff you are.
To put your mind at ease, Orage outerwear is fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product (except accessories). Practical lifetime of the product does not mean the garment will last your lifetime.
*All accessories have a One-Year Warranty.
Lifetime of a product is determined by our standards according to the amount and type of use plus care of the garment.
WHAT IS COVERED
Covered under our warranty program are all manufacturer defects, stitching, closures, and most importantly, seam sealing tape. So, get out there, get after it, and don’t think twice about whether or not we’ve got your back.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, the natural breakdown of colors and materials, as well as normal wear and tear that can be reasonably expected as a result of extended use over time, are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty. We don't expect you to walk on eggshells and ski on your living room carpet, but we will inspect each warranty claim before simply replacing your 3-year-old pants with a million edge slashes on the cuff guard.
*Samples are not eligible for warranty.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
Please send an email to support@orage.com with "Warranty Claim" in the subject line.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by:
- The original owner’s proof of purchase from Orage or an authorized dealer
- Picture of all the tags
- Picture of the item in its entirety
- Picture of the defect
If your Orage product fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it.
Before returning any Orage products for warranty or repair please make sure everything is clean by following the care instructions on your label.
SPARE PARTS
If your zipper puller or phone holder is broken or missing from your original jacket or pants, please contact with your shipping information at info@orage.com, we will send you a free replacement as soon as possible.
