B2C Customer Service Agent

Job summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with an interest in sports and outdoor equipment and apparel to join our team as B2C Customer Service Representatives. (In store and Online)

In store

You will greet all customers with warmth and enthusiasm using professional sales techniques. You will need to provide quality customer service at all times with courtesy and eagerness while offering professional advice.

Online

The role is to support consumers throughout their buying process; customer service; receipt of comments and complaints. All in accordance with company policies.

Main responsibilities

In store

  1. Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect the values, mission and vision of Orage and Peppermint
  2. Monitor and replenish floor stock while maintaining store cleanliness
  3. Process various payment transactions using a point of sale (POS) system
  4. Maintain fitting rooms to store standards, and assist customers when needed

 Online

Through chat, phone, email and social media

  1. Respond to customer inquiries;
  2. Guide customers through their online transaction;
  3. Advise customers and accompany them in the transaction online or over the phone;
  4. Provide after-sales service; Feedback, Troubleshooting, Information;
  5. Receive complaints and feedback;
  6. Ensure customer retention
  7. Process web orders and follow up with internal departments.
  8. Record and manage return and exchange requests.
  9. Provide additional administrative support during booking periods.

 

Requirements

  • Mastery of the Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good knowledge of the ski and bike industry.

 

Personal skills

  • Have strong relational and organizational skills and great attention to detail (rigor!);
  • Be perfectly bilingual in French and English (spoken and written);
  • Be problem-solving oriented, resourceful and autonomous;
  • Be patient, diplomatic, courteous, thoughtful, empathetic, attentive, creative, on the lookout, curious, spontaneous, organized, autonomous.
