Retail Purchases

Any item purchased at an independent Orage retailer is subject to that store’s return policy. Please check with your local shop for details.

Online Purchases on

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you are welcome to return or exchange any unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Labels must not have been removed. Any items purchased on this website should not be returned to a retail store.

How to Return an Item*

  1. Place the item(s) back in it’s original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  2. Include a copy of your packing slip inside the box, highlighting the item(s) being returned.
  3. Contact our customer service department at 1-(855) 373-0288 ext. 225 or email us to obtain a return authorization number and pre-paid return shipping label.

* Return shipping charges are on us on regular priced products! Once we receive your return we will refund the returned items on the credit card used for the original transaction within 14 business days and send you an email confirmation. The original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
