Broke after short time of using
"It worked great until it broke with no apparent cause on my ?10th ski trip. I wrote customer service for a replacement and they were out of stock for the season. I wrote again this weekend and was sent a link to purchase a replacement. When I tried to checkout, it said that neither my mailing address (UPS store) nor my home address in California were eligible to receive a shipment from them. So I sent another email yesterday explaining my difficulty ordering the replacement and haven't heard back. The website from the link now shows it as it of stock again. I'm very disappointed. I had included my shipping address in the original email and copied that to my recent updated request and was not told there would be an issue with my mailing address."
